This research focuses on the process of curriculum development at Islamic Leadership School (ILS) in Taruna Panatagama Yogyakarta. study aims to determine concept and implementation ILS its implications for learning outcomes. The method used this is descriptive qualitative method. subjects were founder, Principal, Caregiver, teachers, students alumni School. data obtained through interviews, observation, documentation. analyzed by using Spradley model, namely analysis collection processes carried out simultaneously, consisting conceptual domain information, taxonomic (exploring important domains subdomains referring library materials obtain in-depth understanding), componential (contrasting elements subsequent relevant categorization), theme analysis. results indicate that with a homeschooling model has been built based potential each student. basic concepts ideas are applied teachings focus leadership competencies building awareness personality developing leadership. student outcomes changes attitudes behavior achievements.
